We are glad to be able to welcome you on our new website.

Weeks of hard work lie behind us.
Our goal is to bring you closer to the fascination of flying and to invite you for a visit in our company.

Maybe for a round trip flight or to acquire a pilot license. You are always welcome.

Your Ludwig Wagatha and Torsten Klingbeil.

Theoretical Training

The theoretical training covers at least 100 lessons in subjects for beginners:

·         Voice transmission in German BZF II or in English BZF 1

In this part of the training you will learn (besides the general theory), how to talk to the air traffic control over the radio. The voice transmission certificate can not be acquired by pilots only, but by your co-flyer(s) aswell, in order to support you during the flight. The exam will be held by the regulating authority for Telecommunication and Post (RegTP). You will receive the permission

a) to operate the radio- and navigational equipment and

b) to handle the radio transmission communication.

·         Air rights

Here you will learn all about the important legal regulations of aviation:

- Airports

- Aircrafts

- Aviation personnel

- Participation in air traffic

- Liability and insurance duty

- Criminal offences and order adversities

·         General aircraft knowledge (technology)

In addition to the above is included:

- Aerodynamics

- Loading and weight distribution

- Aircraft science

- Electro-technology

- Instruments

- Engine science

- Flight performance

- Knowledge of the flight manual (operating instruction)

·         Human performance and efficiency

A pilot must know, where the physical limits for himself and his passengers lie and he must also know the backgrounds of human failure.

In addition to the above is included:

- the psychological information processing

- faculty of judgement and decision making

- avoidance and management of mistakes

- avoidance, recognition and handling of human stress

·         Navigation

You will learn, how to prepare for a flight and consider the course, time and wind during the flight planning. You must be able to determine your position on the air route anytime.

·         Meteorology

Everybody talks about the weather, but we know, how it will be. You will be surprised, which factors affect the weather conditions. The weather is a substantial part of the training, because the execution and security of your flight is dependent on it.

·         Operational procedures

How do you react, if something doesn't work the way you had planned it or if something unforseeable happens, which obstructs your flight. Maybe a system failure of the aircraft or the weather condition becomes worse, disorientation or the behavior after incidents.
